Everything you need for
Digital Product Passports
From template creation to regulatory audits — one platform for the entire DPP lifecycle.
Iris — AI document intelligence
From uploaded documents to passport draft in seconds.
Iris reads your compliance certificates — GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, WRAP, BCI — and maps the information to your passport template fields automatically. Each extracted field shows its source document and confidence level. You review, edit if needed, and apply. Iris drafts, you decide.
Great for: Teams drowning in manual data entry from supplier certificates.
- Reads your certificates and compliance documents
- Maps extracted data to your passport fields automatically
- Every field stays traceable back to its source
Template Engine
Stop building product passports field by field, from scratch, every time. With Passiris's template engine, you define the data structure once — what fields your passport needs, who fills them in, and who gets to see them — and then apply that template to every product in your catalog. Templates are fully customizable: text fields, dropdowns, numeric ranges, dates, booleans. Each field is configured with a visibility level (public, buyer, or internal) and an editability rule (filled by your team or assigned to a specific supplier). Change a template and it propagates across all associated passports.
Great for: Compliance managers creating EU ESPR-aligned passport structures for entire product lines.
- Reusable field structures across your catalog
- Custom visibility and ownership per field
- Updates apply across every linked passport
Product Catalog
Your products live in one place, not a dozen spreadsheets. Add products manually or bulk-import them via CSV. Each product has a SKU, name, category, and variant info — and can carry one or more passports as your compliance requirements evolve. The catalog is the backbone: every passport is created by combining a product with a template, so your data always connects back to the real thing.
Great for: Export managers who need to maintain accurate product records across regulatory jurisdictions.
- One source of truth for your product catalog
- Bulk import to onboard products quickly
- Every passport ties back to a real product
Digital Passports
A Passiris passport is a living, structured record of everything verified about a product. Combine a product with a template, fill in field values, attach evidence and certificates, and move through a clear status workflow: Draft, In Review, Published, Archived. Every time you publish, a version snapshot is created — so you always have a history of what was true and when. A completeness score shows you exactly what's still missing before you go live.
Great for: Brands preparing for EU ESPR textile DPP mandates with a structured, audit-ready record for each product.
- Clear status workflow from draft to published
- Version history on every publish
- Completeness check before you go live
Supplier Collaboration
Collecting product data from suppliers is the hardest part of any DPP project. Most companies do it via email. Passiris replaces that with a structured task system: assign specific passport fields to specific suppliers, and they receive a task in their dedicated supplier portal. They fill in the data, upload supporting documents, and submit. Your team reviews the submission — approve it, request changes, or reject it with comments. Every exchange is tracked. No more "I sent them an email two weeks ago and haven't heard back."
Great for: Supply chain managers working with 10 to 50 suppliers across multiple tiers.
- Dedicated portal for supplier submissions
- Built-in review and approval workflow
- Every exchange tracked, no more chasing emails
Sharing & Access Control
Not everyone should see everything. Passiris gives you three distinct sharing layers. The public passport is a clean, consumer-facing page linked to a QR code — it shows only what you've designated as publicly visible. The buyer passport is a secure, token-protected link that reveals additional data for B2B partners (with optional expiry and token rotation). And your internal team sees everything, including sensitive data never shared externally. One passport. Three audiences. Full control. Add a GTIN to a product and its QR code becomes a GS1 Digital Link (/01/{GTIN}) — the same format retailers and GS1-compliant scanners already read.
Great for: Brands that want to offer consumer transparency without exposing commercially sensitive supplier relationships.
- Separate public, buyer, and internal views
- Secure, expiring links for B2B partners
- GS1-compliant QR codes built in
Evidence Vault
Claims without proof aren't compliance — they're marketing. The Passiris evidence vault lets you upload certificates, lab test reports, inspection results, and any supporting documents, then link them directly to the specific passport fields they support. Each document has its own visibility setting and optional validity dates. When an auditor asks "show me the proof," you click one link.
Great for: Compliance teams preparing for regulatory audits and B2B buyers demanding verified supplier claims.
- Centralized storage for supporting documents
- Linked directly to the fields they support
- Proof ready in one click, not one search
Certificates
Certifications are the currency of supply chain trust. In Passiris, certificates aren't just files in a folder — they're structured records with a name, issuing body, and validity period, linked to the evidence that proves them and attached to the passports they support. You always know which certifications are active, which are expiring, and which products they cover.
Great for: Manufacturers managing multiple certifications across product lines (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Bluesign, CE, etc.).
- Structured records, not loose files
- Always know what's active or expiring
- Linked to the products they cover
Audit Trail
In a regulated world, you don't just need the right data — you need to prove how it got there. Passiris logs every action: who created, updated, deleted, published, submitted, approved, or rotated a token — and when, with a summary of what changed. Logs are filterable by entity type and action. When a regulator or enterprise buyer asks "who changed this and when," you have a timestamped, actor-attributed answer ready.
Great for: Any organization preparing for EU ESPR compliance audits, or enterprise B2B customers with supply chain due diligence requirements.
- Every action logged with actor and timestamp
- Filterable, searchable history
- Audit-ready answers, on demand
